( ...so he didn’t camp out there in middle of night, and people had to have seen him ? )

After the shooting we were able to track his movements as he moved to the other side of the building and jumped off the side of the building

TV analyst said a video, not a still screenshot, would show the gait and any odd mannerisms which many who know the killer would recognize more than the blurry picture.
Once they determine that the murderer is affiliated with ANTIFA or some other Leftwing militant organization, the FBI needs to start arresting the billionaires who fund these organizations for accessory to murder.
