House Speaker Mike Johnson criticized a discharge petition that would force a vote in the U.S. House on releasing the federal files pertaining to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Reps. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., and Ro Khanna, D-Calif., are behind the effort to force the release of files relating to Epstein.

The Political Left is hunting Donald Trump.
Mega-Rino Thomas Massie, who has been targeted by President Trump in the Mid-Term Primaries, is co-sponsoring this legislation with the Democratic Party.
It gets worse.
Both Massie and GOP House Speaker Mike Johnson are demanding total anonymity for all the women who have testified against Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and possibly others.
100% of the prosecution witnesses will be exempt from ANY cross examination, by the public or the press.
The prosecution witnesses have been paid millions of dollars, by Epstein, by the Epstein Estate, by Maxwell, by JP Morgan Bank, by billionaire Leon Black, and possibly others.
Every claim they made, to the Police or the Court, should be vigorously examined.
Does Congress have any power over the judge who sealed these records? Congress is just wasting more of our money with this grandstanding & they don’t GAF, which is outrageous to me!

I’m sure that half those “victims” lied like crazy for that big....and I do mean BIG payoff for their testimony. The under age were the exception...The rest were high paid call girls. Epstein was their manager. They never had to go there. The pay was right.

Her boyfriend testified that he provided girls to Epstein and was paid $200-$300 for each new girl.
"Pretty much every time there was a conversation with any of them, it was either asking Virginia (Giuffre) where she was at, or asking her to get girls, or asking me to get girls," Figueroa said in his 2016 deposition, included among the newly unsealed documents.
P.S. Virginia got half a million dollars for her testimony.

Epstein, like every other USA criminal defendant, must be proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
I have clearly and honestly expressed reasonable doubt - again, and again, and again.
I just finished reading what appears to be the federal indictment of Jeffrey Epstein from 2019.
There is no date on the document, plus it was previously sealed, so I cannot be absolutely sure.
The indictment refers only to crimes that took place in the time period 2002-2005. Those alleged crimes took place 14-17 years before the indictment was even written.
How does someone defend himself from He Said-She Said crimes that took place 17 years ago?
Pedo Island is not mentioned in the 2019 indictment.
The alleged encounter between Virginia Giuffre and Prince Andrew took place in 2001.
The Prince Andrew allegation was deliberately excluded from the 2019 indictment.
Most striking of all, there is only one formal name in the entire indictment - Jeffrey Epstein.
Every victim, every witness, every Epstein accomplice, is anonymous in the 2019 indictment!
That means no testimony in the trial can be cross examined by the press or the general public.
Every female victim knows she can become a millionaire by convicting Epstein.
Every accomplice knows they can get a reduced sentence by convicting Epstein.
That is not a trial. It is a mockery of justice.

Why would he do anything but sabotage Trump since Trump tried to bully him into voting for his legislation by threatening to give him a primary opponent? Trump will have a hard 3 1/2 years if he thinks he can bully everyone without consequences.
If trump is innocent, he’d want them released. Calling it a hoax is weird since we know child sex was on Epstein island. I doubt Trump is guilty so release the material so this story will die. Dumb that republicans brought it to life in the first place.
Virginia Giuffre and her boyfriend, Tony Figueroa, BOTH furnished girls to Epstein and got paid $200-$300 per girl.
Virginia was twice indicted for perjury...but they dropped the charges. Why ???
But this reveal makes Giuffre part of the ring (IMHO)...not some victim...who made half a million from her testimony.
A lot of these high class "call girls" aka "victims" found testifying against "bad man" very profitable....and it's tax free.
The only way that there might be something incriminating Trump, is that fabricated BS was injected into the file(s).
