As the vote totals rolled in on Tuesday, it quickly became clear that a major upset was brewing.
Disgraced former New York governor Andrew Cuomo had been favored to win the Democratic Party primary for Mayor of New York City. Yet, the numbers kept stacking up for a left-wing Muslim socialist who wants to "queer the police" while also defunding them, and sometime before midnight, it was no longer a hypothetical. Zohran Mamdani had emerged victorious, and with that, New York City's fate appeared to be sealed.
While there's still an outside chance that the scandal-plagued current mayor, Eric Adams, could win as an independent in the general election if several other candidates, including Republican Curtis Sliwa, get behind him, let's just say I'm not exactly confident that's how things will play out. Instead, it looks like New Yorkers saw the destruction of Chicago's socialist lunatic of a mayor and decided they wanted that too, but even worse.
So, who exactly is Mamdani? He's the son of a Columbia professor (because, of course, he is) and a radical in every respect of the word. On October 8th, 2023, just hours after Hamas invaded Israel and slaughtered 1200 people while taking almost 300 more hostage, Mamdani posted this online.
My statement on the last 36 hours across Israel and Palestine:

In the weeks before Tuesday's primary election, Mamdani was questioned about the rash of antisemitism in New York City and his support of pro-Hamas groups. His response was to defend the use of the chant "globalize the Intifada" while comparing those who say it to those who died in the Holocaust.
Mamdani, on The Bulwark podcast, says ‘Globalize the Intifada’ chant signifies, to him, a call for Palestinian human rights.
Adds: “The word has been used by the Holocaust Museum when translating the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising into Arabic — because it’s a word that means struggle.” pic.twitter.com/k2yeiSJpMy— Jacob N. Kornbluh (@jacobkornbluh) June 17, 2025
Mamdani's pro-terror associations don't just center around the "Palestinian cause" either. He also has ties to individuals who believe America deserved 9/11.
Here’s New York’s next Mayor with a man who said America deserved 9/11

To believe that Mamdani is just naive is akin to believing Osama Bin Laden really did just care about climate change. The most likely explanation for his long-standing associations and expressed sympathies with Islamists is that he is one himself. That's who New Yorkers just made the odds-on favorite to be their next mayor, less than 25 years after 9/11. What an absolute disgrace to the memory of those who perished that day.
But what about his economic and social policies? In short, Mamdani is a communist, and not in the way that word is sometimes used on the right to describe crony capitalist Democrats. No, Mamdani is literally just a communist. Two of his primary proposals are government-owned grocery stores and rent control.
Meanwhile, he doesn't even dance around wanting to defund the police and destroy the criminal justice system in the name of radically dangerous social justice pursuits.
So…he wants to LA New York. Got it. Good luck out there, folks.

At this point, you might be asking how New York City ended up in this position. After all, who in their right mind would vote for someone like Mamdani? The answer is the same as it's been for a while when discussing the elevation of left-wing radicalism in America: Affluent, white, female liberals.
They will not rest until they've destroyed what's left of Western civilization.

Mamdani in orange, Cuomo in blue.
Roughly... Mamdani winning the white precincts, Cuomo winning the black and Hispanic precincts.

With all that said, I'm not in much of a mood to further lament what is about to happen to New York City. It's about time the rest of America stopped feeling sympathy, as if this was the result of misguided naivete. No, they voted for an antisemitic Islamic communist with their eyes wide open. The destruction that is coming was a choice, and New Yorkers deserve to suffer the consequences of that. No federal bailouts and no interference to try to save them from themselves. Let it happen.
NYC’s been through some dark, politically wacko periods and survived. They should be ready for another Rudy around 2029.
Or did something to make it look that way.
I think Trump needs to build another wall. Escape from New York kinda comes to mind. Just wish we had the twin towers still.
Every page was in Arabic on the left side, and English on the right. The English side was just like the other modern ones sold in the USA, all the "bad" stuff left out so one would think it is a "religion of peace".
I have a non Muslim friend who is fluent in spoken and read Arabic. I asked him to come to the bookstore with me, because I was too cheap to buy the book.
I pointed out the sura I mentioned, and a few others, plus there were some he was familiar with he wanted to check. (he had spent quite a few years in Saudi-Arabia as a civilian). I have never seen the expression that came on his face before. Absolute shock.
He had only seen true versions before too. He said, "My God, they are two different books". I remember those exact words. I don't remember the rest of his comments word for word, but he went on to say, that this explains why so many people in our government have the wrong idea about Islam.
Every non Muslim (infidel) needs to read a true translation of the Holy Koran. Then they might understand why this is happening and why it will never stop happening.
Western leaders make the mistake of thinking everyone else in the world thinks the way we do and is motivated by the same things.
Most Muslims in particular, don't and aren't.
IMHO these are probably the most accurate translations, and they are FREE.
Most of the people who voted for him are probably the ones who have the wealth to run away from their choice.
Good luck to the poor people.
The women of NYC soon to be in black head to toe.
That’s not happening. They might not walk alone at night or in certain neighborhoods, but no burkas coming up.
Another American city set for it’s own seppuku?
Don’t yell at me when those horrific loudspeakers start sprouting around the city, blaring those ugly sounds of somebody’s gonads in a vise, pretending to be a “call to prayer”.
Snake Pliskin.
Few would miss that sewer and source of democrats.
Basically a foreign country anyways.
so sorry to have to agree
it hurts but let’s let the NYC people have the dangerous disaster they voted for
i mean, what can be done to stop a suicide anyway?
NYC was probably the largest receptor of illegals, and every illegal was black haired and non white . . . soooo
Hr is seriously operating under a deludion.

The combination of communism and Islamonazism — while a logical contradiction at best —- is extremely dangerous.
Last Saturday I was watching The Kennel Murder Case, a 1933 Philo Vance movie. One of the characters was Liang, a Chinese cook. When Vance asks where he went to school, he replies he went to Columbia University, an indication that under his facade he was very intelligent. The world has changed in the last 90 years.

And there you have it in a nutshell.
