I just got my online issue of the Missouri Conservationist today. When I was a kid, it was really good publication. I remember one particular writer specifically, Don Wooldridge, who always had interesting and relevant outdoors articles.
The Conservationist has gone woke; now they are publishing articles about "neurodivergent anglers."
A few decades ago the Missouri Department of Conservation got a one-eighth of one percent sales tax passed. They have been rolling in bucks ever since, and they spend it on nonsense.

What exactly is ‘woke’ about the use of the term ‘neurodivergent’ to describe those who might enjoy fishing that haven’t experienced it before?
What does neurodivergent-anything have to do with their alleged responsibility of protecting the environment?
Is the Missouri Department of Conservation a social work agency?

Interesting article - I bet his local tackle shop loves when he comes through the door.

Not all sportsmen fit the “pbr swilling, beer belly redneck trope
neurodivergent
That a million dollar word right thar!
How is it “woke” to use some small bit of its funding to focus on helping people we used to call “handicapped”?
That's not their lane. DOGE is all about getting agencies into their lanes.
And the main reason people get diagnosed with autism these days is so they can collect the disability check.
