In Spain, alot of the rapes probably go unreported due to the Hispanic shame culture...OR having been exposed to Muzzies so closely for 1,200 years...Spaniards by culture PROTECT their women better.
OR perhaps the women are not so NAIVE as to FA with their likely rapists and travel chaperoned or in little self protecting herds.
