Judge Shelley Joseph, the $207,855-a-year Boston Municipal Court magistrate, will face a public hearing in June for her “willful judicial misconduct” for allowing an illegal immigrant to slip out a side door to avoid ICE agents.
The Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct told the Herald Tuesday that a hearing is tentatively set for June 9 in Suffolk Superior Court in Boston. Her attorney, Thomas Hoopes, could not immediately be reached to see if he will go forward with the hearing or strike a deal beforehand.

Those charges were dropped, and the case was kicked over to the Commission on Judicial Conduct, which set forth its stinging summary of the case that now falls under the jurisdiction of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Isn’t she the judge who got a DUI but refused to stop, and hollered: don’t you know who I am? I am a judge.
This lady seems to attract trouble. I wonder what her bank accounts look like. 3 am FBI swatting?
This judge and that lard butt other judge are too interested in the foreign meat marketing program. They need to clean up their acts.

Here’s another incompetent judge that should be disbarred and put behind bars for 20 years.
Their conduct is finally exposed because the long overdue implementation of immigration measures has brought their methods into public notice. In fact, they've been dirty for a long time!!!!!!
I bet she got her law “degree” through an online correspondence course. Likely she used AI to complete the work.
Hopefully, she will be removed from the court...and jailed.
