Hundreds of companies are deliberately shunning white men for jobs amid pressure to make workplaces more diverse, a survey has found.
A poll of 1,216 of American businesses with diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies found that one in 10 avoid hiring white men altogether and six in 10 human resource (HR) managers put diversity over qualifications when selecting candidates.
The study, conducted by website Resume Builder, also found that one in three HR managers believe that “reverse discrimination” occurs because of DEI policies. Three-quarters suspect that these policies were introduced “in part for appearances”.
The survey comes after Donald Trump signed a series of executive orders that banned federal agencies and businesses with government contracts from having DEI policies.
Last month, the Trump administration sent letters to France and other EU countries warning that the DEI ban applied to companies outside of America if they had US contracts.

Discrimination against white males has been going on since Obama was first elected, if not longer. Then with DEI on steroids under the demented one’s four years, it was pretty much a given that a white male was not considered for any position, especially in government or academia.
Many private companies had their arms twisted (some bought into it willingly) into joining in with the white male discrimination and are just now realizing that may have not been the best decision for their company’s bottom line.
Racist bass turds. It’s too bad our side doesn’t make boycott lists the way the Molotov throwing Bolshies do.
Just look at TV commercials now-days, you would think blacks are at least 50% of the population!
Coca Cola bought into DEI heavily. I’m not sure if they have awakened from being WOKE, quite yet. True enlightenment may still be a few high dollar lawsuits away.
HP was the first to do this in 1998 under Carly Forina.
Microsoft was next.
Intel started it in 2010
Nothing has changed since the end of affirmative action.
That's what DEI is about, keeping straight, white men subjugated and marginalized.
White people are 7% of the world's population.
White people ARE a minority.
Why do other "minority" statuses trump white "minority" status?
I avoid any business or entity which push or enables DEI!!
And when they show a white man in a commercial, he is always the stupid one— and the black woman or black man is the smart one.
It's not just TV commercials. Radio commercials are filled with black voices. (Although you can't see them, they do check off boxes in the ad agencies' reports.)
And the remaining white voices are almost all female.
You never see or hear white men in commercials anymore, unless it's a buffoon having things explained to him by a smart woman or person of color.
They think this is a new thing?
