A recent incident at a USA Fencing tournament has sparked outrage after a female fencer was disqualified for taking a knee in protest of competing against a transgender athlete.
The incident, which took place at the University of Maryland on March 30 during the USA Fencing-sanctioned regional tournament “The Cherry Blossom – D1A/VET ROC,” was captured in a viral video posted by the Independent Council on Women’s Sports, or ICONS.
In the video, fencer Stephanie Turner can be seen taking a knee instead of competing against Redmond Sullivan, a transgender athlete who switched from the men’s fencing team to the women’s team while at Wagner College last year. Sullivan, who had previously competed in women’s events, was registered to compete at this tournament, which Turner was unaware of until the night before.
Turner, a staunch advocate of preserving women’s sports, explained her stance to the Washington Examiner.
“As a woman fencing in a women’s tournament, I do not believe men should fence in my category,” Turner said. “I was not aware Mr.

No it goes back to very origins of trans movement, Lesbians never really meshed polticaly with any other group, especialy the men wearing the cute jumper. Collective Butch just seems to be hostility. 5 oclock shadow is not cool for the lesbians, as everything with or formerly with a penis is off limits. The only people who show up for the orginzational meeting is the trans and the junkless.
But, apparently abortion is the number one thing that drives women. Everything else is pushed to the back or ignored.

Only sport in the world where the best play the best of the other sex in mixed doubles with regularity for shits and giggles and appearance fees to keep the bar open longer. Borg, Conners, Lentil would commonly smoke a serve past her through the 2010s.
Martina in her prime, perhaps the most mobile and powerful female athlete outside the Williams sisters ever on a tennis court, would be smoked by the 300th best tennis player in world, and would be even money against the 3000th only on clay that slows the game down.
Steffi graff, Monica Seles at their prime, champions champion, would be smoked by the 30,000th best tennis player in the world today, that is high school guys, as the mens game is no longer baseline slugouts, has improved much more.
The Williams sisters in their prime would be destroyed in shirts vs skins doubles vs the 3000 and 3001 best players in the world and their game focused on strong serve and get center of gravity low for work at the net.
The end result of a federal court case may very well be the elimination of ALL womens' and girls' sports in public institutions. That's because there's an irreconcilable conflict between womens' sports and every civil rights statute on the books. Proponents on either side cannot explain why women competing in segregated sports leagues should be treated any differently under civil rights laws than segregated bathrooms in the Jim Crow days.
