Failed Vice Presidential candidate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) framed Democrat-aligned Susan Crawford’s Wisconsin Supreme Court election win on Tuesday as the state overcoming billionaire Elon Musk, who tried to boost her conservative opponent Brad Schimel.

“Wisconsin beat the billionaire,” said Walz in a post to X. Walz notably campaigned for Dane County Circuit Court Judge Crawford, along with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and drag queens.

Elon could have saved his $25 million. Michigan’s insane White females put 3 insane White females in the 3 highest offices already...and re-elected them. Did we really think they wouldn’t elect another?

Tell me that the people in Wisconsin who voted overwhelmingly for Voter ID, turned around and elected a RAT Judge who will likely overturn the referendum they voted for, once someone files suit against it.

Clear vote rigging when voter ID won with 70%.

I’m sure Blondi and Patel are all over it.

Soros and Pritzker billionaires beat Musk billionaire. Good. Let Tampon Tim believe that is a winning message. They had a better candidate with less baggage.

It’s been law since 2011. They just added it to the state constitution. This is well known.

It’s a good thing the universe is expanding. 🌌

I need the room for my increasing hatred of Tim Walz and the rest. 🤬

Yes, I am still laughing at them who believe Wisconsin voters elected Crawford and passed Voter ID.

“RAT Judge who will likely overturn the referendum they voted for, once someone files suit against it.”

Nope.
Not gonna happen.
That’s like saying SCOTUS can overturn the US constitution.
They can’t.

The antics in Madison over ballot access should also be considered.

I would really like to know how many ballots were marked for Crawford alone and no down-ballot candidates.

“Total spending shows more than $45 million toward Crawford and $53 million toward Schimel...”

Dang, that’s more than $40.00 per vote.

In 1992, Washington State voters passed a referendum to limit the term limits of the members of Congress. Tom Foley was RAT Speaker in the House at the time. Foley filed a lawsuit, and the United States District Court declared that states did not have the authority under the United States Constitution to limit the terms of federal officeholders. Apparently the District Court's decision was never appealed.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the referendum will likely be challenged, and if a RATJudge and/or liberal district court gets the case, be prepared for them to overturn the referendum. I would hope that an appeal would be filed to overturn their decision, but there are no guarantees in life, and there are no guarantees that the Supreme Court would even consider the case if it got to them, or that they'd rule in a favorable way.
