WASHINGTON — Chief Justice John Roberts issued a rare statement Tuesday rebuking President Donald Trump and his allies for calling to impeach judges who have ruled against the administration.
"For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose," Roberts said in a statement.
Of course he does.

Impeachment is the exact remedy for judges who get out of their lanes...
Yeah, well for more than two centuries, it was also not an appropriate response to use lawfare to attack political candidates that you disagree with. But guess what? It appears all is fair in politics (at least when the left does it)
It’s up to Congress on this matter. IOW, it will never happen.
A mere district judge can now determine US foreign policy, and if you don’t like that decision, then tough nuggies.

When judges are insisting on bringing violent criminals back into America, the normal appellate process is inadequate. Lives are at stake.
I suggest the Chief Justice read the constitution (maybe for the first time) Only the duties of the Supreme Court is spelled out in the constition. The rest of the black robe gangsters out to be defunded by congress.
Then Roberts should do his damn job! facilitate hearings a the USSC level!

Unelected judges don’t get to make or enact policy. Period.

Roberts just made a big spiritual mistake. His declaration will fail.
