Probably most of these were pro-abortion fanatics. The Democrat party has nothing to offer but death and destruction.

Not just a homerun, it was a grand slam.

As for the Dems, they were shut out in a perfect game.

Kudos to the speech writer(s).

Reagan had some great ones but the dems were more civil in the 80s. I do not know how Reagan would handle todays dems.

I’d be willing to bet probably the strongest approval came from black men. Trump was straight-up Gangsta!

I tuned in just to see the left make complete asses of themselves...I was not disappointed. The President rubbed their noses in their own fresh, steaming feces. Brilliant.

This was like the Netanyahu performance at the UN last year right before all hell broke loose on Hezbollah.

I completely agree! And, what I loved about it was he stayed in the solution, was great with the facts, didn’t spend a lot of time blaming the past administration or talking about himself. He gave credit to those around him as well as gave hope to all Americans. I was very proud!

This is from the filthy little rats at The Hill so it would be the worst spin they could manage. Trump still comes out looking good.

Trump should steal a page from FDR’s playbook. Start regular “fireside chat” addresses to the nation around every 3 months. Both the new and the old media would cover them getting his message direct to voters instead of via the junk media lie machine

Wrong, the nets refused to give Trump any air time during his first term, not once. All of them gave Biden a prime slot 4 times in the 6 months leading to the election. They had to last night because it was the SOTU address.

Broadcast networks are covered by FCC rules that require them to grant the US President air time for messages to the nation

They don’t have to broadcast campaign ads, briefing or political events but they can’t deny the President air time for official business. In his 1st term they only refusals from the networks were campaign ads and they frequently cut out early from briefings in the later state of the Covid pandemic.

Given how aggressive Trump’s lawyers have been with FCC complaints and lawsuit, it a much different situation. Back when Nancy Pelosi was running the US House they actively engaged in putting pressure on the networks to censor Trump any chance they had. Not the same situation now that the Demos are in the minority

Most?
God these people make me sick. What a weasel headline. While technically true, if a dem got 73% they would say overwhelming majority or vast majority.
