Seth Rich
The corrupt FBI has once again refused to release crucial records related to the 2016 murder of Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich.
Attorney Ty Clevenger, who has been battling for years to obtain these documents, reported that the FBI is stonewalling yet again, refusing to comply with his Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
Rich was murdered in Washington, D.C., in the summer of 2016, shortly before WikiLeaks released the infamous Clinton emails.
On Monday, Clevenger took to X to reveal that the FBI will not be releasing Seth Rich-related records as expected on March 10th. Instead, the corrupt bureau plans to provide only a Vaughn index—a limited document listing withheld files and the reasons for their concealment.
In February 2024, Clevenger demanded that the FBI hand over the Seth Rich documents they continue to conceal from the public.
The FBI’s refusal follows a pattern of obfuscation. For years, the agency denied even possessing Seth Rich’s laptop—until Clevenger’s legal efforts forced the FBI to admit they had it all along. Yet, the agency still refuses to disclose any metadata from Seth Rich’s electronic devices.
Even more damning, Clevenger has already uncovered proof that the FBI improperly withheld pages from the CrowdStrike report related to the alleged 2016 DNC hack—an event that conveniently became a political weapon against President Donald Trump.
The fact that the FBI continues to suppress these documents suggests there is more to the story than they are willing to admit.
Here is Ty Clevenger’s full statement from X on Monday.
Attorney Ty Clevenger: The DOJ told me this afternoon that we will not be getting any Seth Rich records on March 10. The FBI only intends to produce a “Vaughn index,” which gives a brief description of what they are withholding and why.
That means that the feds are not even willing to produce the metadata from Seth’s electronic devices. I’m not thrilled about this, but we’re playing the long game.
In the same case, I can already prove that the FBI improperly withheld pages from the CrowdStrike reports about the 2016 DNC “hack” that was published by Wikileaks so this probably won’t play well with the court.
More importantly, Kash Patel and AG Pam Bondi will learn about this, and I suspect some heads will roll. That’s long overdue, because the FOIA office at FBI is systemically corrupt. The bureaucrats can run, but they can’t hide.
It’s like pulling teeth (in a toothless mouth) in the dark during a 10.0 earthquake while being attacked by cannibals to get the hidden information from the deep state. Sadly, it will become all too apparent soon that the REAL AND MAJOR bad guys will NEVER be caught. Too much time has elapsed. It has all been scrubbed, redacted and removed.
Nevertheless, carry on.
There is no Statute of Limitations on MURDER...........
This was voter fraud in Philidelphia, he had the disks showing how it was done against Bernie.
Nothing is going to happen. The Federal government employee Get Out of Jail Free Card isn’t going away and the Republicans don’t have the stomach for a fight like this.
I hope I am wrong but I see another Wray and Pam Barr in the making.
The FBI is protecting Hillary.
Bingo
A number of Bernie Bros became Trump supporters because they were red-pilled by that. Saw it at r/The_Donald and Patriots dot win.
Good point
That is why we need to continue to push this issue hard until the midterms.
It doesn’t quite apex the previous selection of Nikki Haley in 2016 to deliver the State of the Union rebuttal targeting then candidate Donald Trump, however it does come close.
The seven ways from Sunday group have this year selected Michigan Senator Elissa Slotkin to deliver the State of the Union rebuttal to President Donald Trump.
Slotkin is a CIA operative shifted into congress.
This is why our senators were too busy to get Kash Patel confirmed over the 3 day weekend.

In semi-related news…. Dan Bongino will soon discover for himself, the FBI runs two basic operations as part of their modern mission. Proactive, and Reactive operations.
Essentially the autonomic operational objective of the silo as it is administered. This is the resting compass heading of the organization; it’s functional position in statis.
The ‘proactive mission’ is to defend the interests of the DC system of government. The FBI monitors threats to government interests and takes action based on threats to the framework of DC governance.
The ‘reactive mission’ runs first and foremost through the prism of the ‘proactive’ responsibility. The reactive investigative footing is the full deployment of resources to identify if the event presents the possibility of risk to the DC system.
Example of #2, a terror event is a “reactive” focus. The FBI is reacting to something, investigating some event that has already occurred. Often the reactive investigation runs across the proactive activity, and we discover a “known wolfe” who was not a proactive priority, because the threat was not to DC or Govt., specifically. Another example the NASCAR noose nonsense.
Example of #1, the Hunter Biden laptop, Ashley Biden diary, Awan Brothers, Clinton email server etc., these are all considered ‘threats’ to the DC/Govt system, and therefore they gain the full attention of the “Proactive Mission.”
Understanding the FBI is a matter of understanding the priority of the organization is defending the interests of DC/Govt as the primary objective, the Proactive Operation, the standard setting.
The Reactive Operation is considerably less important and encompasses the after-action Homeland Security mission.
The FBI is a sub-silo of the much more significant Parent silo, the CIA.
“There is no Statute of Limitations on MURDER”
There is no Federal law covering murder. That is a state law,
Democrats conveniently forget this thing called “States rights”
The only Federal law covering murder(and other like)crimes, is depriving a person of their civil rights.
Where is Kash? Where in Bondi?

I am rapidly learning Kash is not the man many expected him to be.
Trump just sets them off.. they can’t control the desire to get him.. somehow!. Did they go after obama?
I didn’t think so.
Trying to right this ship and demons can’t stand proper, good, correct, success.
18US CODE s1111 ?
Never seen no heads roll yet. Mayhaps someday before I shuffle off this mortal coil at least ONE head will roll...somewhere.
“I am rapidly learning Kash is not the man many expected him to be.”
Are you kidding me? He’s been Director for what, 10 days?
Did you expect him to arrest 100 Senators, Congresssmen, Billionaires, High profile criminals, half of Hollywood....
WTF did you think he would do in his first 10 days?
I can’t believe all the Bondi/Kash naysayers on FR, recently.
Sit back and let them work. Good Lord!
Agreed. He's already been on the job 11 days and not one person on the FBI's 10 most wanted list has been caught.......
To me, this is a bigger issue in many ways than the Epstein stuff. The Democratic party and probably the US government had Seth Rich murdered. Epstein was not the government.
