It is with good reason that N’awlins is known as ‘The Big Easy’.
Perhaps one of them knew about the steel bollards not being repaired on time. They might’ve even known that those being used were only plastic or a much lighter material than steel. One of the witnesses said you could push them over with a finger.
New Orleans has had lots of corruption and incompetence. Apparently they can’t even get a safety barrier done right.

Only 12 hours after-the-fact, multiple devices have been found, the perp’s social media has been taken down, they have identified accomplices, raided their residences, etc...
We all know the FBI and CIA engage in “false flag” operations, but this one seems to have caught them flat-footed.

“In the wake of the New Year’s attack on people in New Orleans’ French Quarter in the early hours of Wednesday morning, investigators have reportedly reviewed footage showing three men and a woman placing an IED in connection with the attack.
The revelation was part of a Louisiana State Police bulletin obtained by the Associated Press. FBI Spokesperson Aletha Duncan said in a Wednesday afternoon press conference that authorities do not believe Shamsud-Din Jabbar worked alone in the attack, which killed at least 10 people and injured dozens of others. The incident is being investigated as a terrorist attack.
“An ISIS flag was located on the trailer hitch of the vehicle and the FBI is working to determine the subject’s associations and affiliations with terrorist organizations. Weapons and potential improvised explosive devices, IEDs, were located within the subject’s vehicle. Other IEDs were also located in the French Quarter,” Duncan said.
