It is breaking news as in it was “broken” today. It can be posted here umpteen times, and that won’t change its overall status in national news.
It’s the first time I’ve seen the outcome, so it’s breaking news for some of us.
The New York Legislature had to change its laws so that she could go back and charge Trump as the statute of limitations had run out. First time the new law was ever used.
How do you know Arthel dislikes Trump ? I would prefer if not every Fox News anchor were an opinion commentator - even if it’s the right one - and just reported straight news.
