Former stripper and current murder convict Crystal Mangum confessed to lying about being raped by Duke Lacrosse players in an interview on the independent media outlet “Let’s Talk With Kat” on Thursday.
“I testified falsely against them by saying that they raped me when they didn’t and that was wrong, and I betrayed the trust of a lot of other people who believed in me,” Mangum said. “[I] made up a story that wasn’t true because I wanted validation from people and not from God.”
Mangum, who is serving a prison sentence for murdering her boyfriend, falsely accused three Duke players of raping her while she was performing at a team party in March 2006. The players she accused were arrested, igniting a national controversy and conversations about racism. The three players, David Evans, Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann, were all found innocent of the crimes. But Mangum was not prosecuted for perjury due to questions about her mental health.

Female rape is the most lied about “crime” out of all crimes reported. Highest percentage way above all other ones. Many police departments are full aware of it as well.
Everyone who frames innocent people needs to get the maximum penalty the falsely accused was facing. No exceptions. Their lies put people away in jail for life or long stretches, or even get them executed. The liars should face the exact worst outcome.

That’s good. The last I heard they were banished from college. I know someone who was on that team, but I haven’t been back to the area in a long time, so I didn’t have an update on it.
These days being “banished from college” might be as much blessing as curse.

To this day none of the 88 professors have ever retracted the BS accusation they made against Duke students of the LaCrosse team— they are all crazed Leftist/Marxists, and permanent demonrat machine clowns all these years later.
The story on Mangum the stripper is she later murdered her “boyfriend” (actyally her pimp, as she was one of his prostitutes in Durham, NC), and sentenced to a long prison sentence she is still serving.
She was always lying about button down trust fund lacrosse team Duke students, she was so high she showed up in an ER and was sent to a rape center where she came up with the charges in her foggy state as a “way out” of the predicament.
Nifong the prosecutor withheld lab evidence, instructing the lab not to submit results which proved the students were not the sperm contributors (of which there were several variants still present in Mangum at the time of testing hours after the supposed event).
The current jacka@@ governor of NC Cooper (who was AG at the time) removed Nifong from the case, and destroyed the credibility of the 88 professor lib a@@holes who have still not retracted their accusation against the Duke team members— how could they- they are die hard Marxist Leftists. Cooper got elected on this action against Nifong, which was the right thing to do. It does not change Cooper being a fool for Biden, and having done little or nothing to aid Helene victims in the mtns of NC to this day- as winter approaches.
Carolina demonrat politics all center around liberal icons of unions, public employee unions, and really stupid racial politics all stemming from ivory tower liberals like the Duke professors were and still are.
