For registered republicans voting ended 11/5.

I HATE dems...and the first thing congress needs to do is enforce the 24 hour voting period stated in that little thing called the CONSTITUTION
Late surge in votes. Those usually happen between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. on election day. You know, that day when normal states have their elections. This has gotten out of hand. Courts or legislatures one are going to have to put a stop to it. There is no way the results of an election such as that can be considered safe, secure, and without fraud.

He needs to withhold the federal funds from California until the midterms are over. Once California reports their results 12 hours after Election Day, they get their funds back 100%.
