Junior Casey is being a Gore loser.

This race is over. Republican Dave McCormick ousted Democratic incumbent Sen. Bob Casey in the 2024 election. It’s over. McCormick is senator-elect and should be invited to the Senate’s orientation. Yet, Casey and lawyer Marc Elias are trying to steal the election. That’s not hyperbole—that’s straight from the Wall Street Journal, which scorched the duo for engaging in a black tar heroin version of election denialism (via WSJ) [emphasis mine]:
The Associated Press and most other media have called the Senate race in Pennsylvania for Republican Dave McCormick. But never fear, Democrats, lawyer Marc Elias is on the case trying to steal the seat for incumbent Democrat Bob Casey. Did someone say “election denial”?
Mr. Casey has refused to concede despite trailing by some 40,000 votes as we write this, and Mr. Elias has declared on X that the race isn’t over. The specialist who excavates controversial ballots for Democrats is at it again.
As we write this midday Sunday, the state still has some 87,000 provisional ballots to count. Provisional means the ballots are in question for one legal reason or another, such as not following proper mail-ballot procedure or perhaps a question about voter registration. Mr. Casey is claiming this means he could still overcome Mr. McCormick’s lead.
That’s highly unlikely. About 30,000 provisional ballots are outstanding from Philadelphia and Allegheny County, both Casey strongholds. The others come from the rest of the state, where Mr. McCormick did better. Mr. Casey has won the 7,700 or so provisional ballots counted so far by about 54%-46%. If that margin prevails for the rest of the provisional counting, there’s no way Mr. Casey can win.

Mr. Elias helped to steal a Senate seat in Minnesota for Al Franken in 2008 by finding a judge to count previously rejected ballots and overturn the lead of Republican Norm Coleman.
The Elias method is to look for friendly judges who will rule in his favor. Pennsylvania has a Republican secretary of state who supervises elections but an especially partisan elected Democratic majority on the state Supreme Court. So far Gov. Josh Shapiro and other officials aren’t commenting on Mr. Elias.

You lost, Bob. Your last name couldn’t save you this time. Yet, it’s now astounding that voter integrity and election denialism are becoming wholly adopted antics by liberals. It’s not just in Pennsylvania. Some folks are taking to TikTok and other social media platforms who think a) Elon Musk’s Starlink meddled with the results. That is not true—that network was set up to give Internet access to residents in states ravaged by Hurricane Helene. The other is that Kamala Harris is going to win based on outstanding mail-in votes or something, and it is not happening. The election is over. Trump won. Republicans won. And Dave McCormick won.
We can say this with gusto now: stop the steal.
This race and others would already be stolen if the residual of the scamdemic were still viral no pun intended or ever there.
No midnight vote bumps no over 100percent voter turnouts
and 10 million plus fake democrat votes missing in their inactions to our credit.
Keep up the good work and now prosecute them mercilessly.
Election day votes only and in person with good ID. Must be employed and not by our government. No elected person shall vote nor their dog or cat.
The Democrats are just willing to go after power harder than the Republicans, who know they can back into their political seats in red America without working too hard.

If he doesn’t want to concede he doesn’t have to. So what? At what cost? Which taxpayers are affected, state or federal? How many lawyers are getting paid, and how much?
Follow the money. The WSJ is certainly not interested in doing that.

Francisco Heredia, CEO and partner of Field + Media Corps is the Democratic vice mayor of Mesa, Az, where its parent company is headquartered. Heredia released a statement reacting to the revelations cynically cloaking the alleged voter fraud under the guise of increasing latino votes.
“We are proud of our work to help expand access to voting through our nonpartisan voter registration program,” Heredia said. “We have not been contacted by election officials in PA counties and we have no additional information on the alleged problematic registration forms.”
“We would hope that if Field+Media Corps were the subject of any active investigation, that we would be proactively contacted by the appropriate officials,” he continued. “If we are contacted, we will work with local officials to help resolve any discrepancies to allow eligible people to vote.”
Heredia added that Field + Media Corps is “trying to connect” with Monroe County election officials.

In 2020 Biden got 29 million more votes then Trump . Where did those 29 million voters go? We all know that it was stolen and the GOP did a better job this time. They are trying to steal the Pa. Senate race. It is right in our faces. This sh!t has to stop!

One thing that became crystal-clear in this election is that the LAST thing the Democrat party is concerned about is democracy.
And by the way, Dems, it is and has always been a republic.

Let him stamp his little feet like Stacy Abrams did after she lost to Brian Kemp in George - and refused to concede.
Elias is hoping that if he stalls long enough, more “forgotten” ballots will be found in the back of someone’s car or stuck in the voting machines - just enough to put Casey over the edge.
Won’t work this time Elias, everyone is on to you and your dirty tactics to steal elections for Democrats, just like you did for the odious Al Franken.
