it appears the national GOP hierarchy are prepared to let him drown. The Republican Governors Association said in a statement that they are pulling Robinson’s financial support.
Trump once compared Robinson to Martin Luther King, but he didn’t mention him once at a rally in North Carolina on Saturday. Campaigning in Charlotte on Monday, JD Vance fended off questions about the scandal while making it clear that Robinson was on his own.

I think the Democrats just have better party discipline and keep supporting theirs. But when you consider the type of narcissistic sociopath one needs to be to actually seek public office in these times, it isn’t too surprising that moral reprobates choose Republican costumes as often as Democrat costumes- depending on the district they find themselves in.

I think Trump should stand with him, because it sounds nothing like the Mark Robinson we have come to know. Like Trump has been maligned by the courts, he should recognize the same is being done to Mark Robinson, only this is being done in the court of public opinion.
The transgender movement has a lot of power. Couple that with the Democrats &the press, and it becomes a massive force arrayed against Robinson. There are not only clever, but powerful people who very well could orchestrate such a frame up job.
I first met Mark Robinson in 2019 at a gun show in Greenville, NC where we were doing a book signing and was very impressed with him. Mark showed up early on Sunday morning to lead an impromptu bible study for those of us that were inclined. As far as my wife and I are concerned, he is the best choice for the next governor of North Carolina, and all of this dredging of his past, true or not, is a well-orchestrated attempt to discredit a true patriot.
At seventy-six, (like many of you) I’ve done things in the past that even the devil doesn’t know about, but God has forgiven. Let’s give the man the benefit of the doubt.

She is not black? Seriously. As to the “stolen” election, I understand that the Dems cheated in terms of changing rules about mail-in votes, etc., but I have been shown no evidence of ballot box stuffing? Do you have any? I’m open-minded. Quite frankly, had she smiled, congratulated her opponent, and not been a sore loser, she would be winning this election against a Communist. Richard Nixon did that in 1960 and came back stronger in 1968.
The large black ,rural and urban, vote FOR Trump will vote FOR Robinson. So also will the white, rural and urban NON-Liberal voters as well. The margin against Josh Stein is quite large, despite all media attempts to manufacture a poll that does not show this— because they cannot get to actual voters who will make this difference.
That is the pure truth behind 34 year old made up porno claims against the Lt. Governor who is PRO 2nd Amendment and rose politically in the diaspora of Greensboro by lambasting liberal city commissioners on their actions to disarm the black community against the black criminals taking it over with drug dealing. Fact. NC is not stupid. Josh Stein is quite simply a fraud. The dual purpose in this stunt is to also peel off the black vote for Trump as well- and it will not work.
