Trump: I Will End Russia-Ukraine War as President-elect
Breitbart ^ | 09/16/2024 | Joel B. Pollak

Posted on 09/17/2024 6:41:38 AM PDT by ChicagoConservative27

Former President Donald Trump said that he wanted to end the was between Russia and Ukraine as President-elect — even before he takes office — though he did not say how he intended to do so, given laws barring private diplomacy.

Trump made the comment during an interview on X (formerly Twitter) “Spaces” with cryptocurrency enthusiast Farokh Sarmad — the first interview the former president has granted since escaping a second assassination attempt the day before at his Florida golf club.

Democrats smeared Trump as a Russian puppet, yet Russian President Vladimir Putin did not invade any countries while Trump was president. Upon taking office, President Joe Biden adopted a posture of appeasement, canceling Trump’s sanctions on the Nord Stream 2 pipeline and holding a summit with Putin in Geneva before ever meeting with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky. Russia invaded Ukraine, which held out — against the expectations of the Biden administration — but then Biden, who came to office declaring “diplomacy is back,” pushed for victory, which has been elusive after nearly three years of war. Biden has yet to call any kind of joint peace conference.

he did not say how he intended to do so

Trump could end the WAR today by announcing that as soo0n as he is sworn in he is going to Conscript to Military Servict he Blood Relatives between the age of 17-35 of every last elected Democrat in this Country , give them 2 weeks Training and then sent directly to the Front Lines of Ukraine

He wouldn’t have to represent the US in doing so. How is anyone gonna stop him?

There’s more. He can tell all the illegals that he wants them out of the country by Jan. 20 and those that don’t will be felons, an act he can sigh after the new congress makes it official 2 weeks earlier.

Keystone Pipeline. Tell the construction companies and drillers to set themselves up to go full pedal to the metal on day one.

Would he be guilty of insurrection? There’s a war going on-2 of them.

Again, I remain certain Trump is openly telling Putin to keep his powder dry until after the election, not until he is sworn in on January 20, but until November 5.

given laws barring private diplomacy

That's never been a problem. Ask John Kerry.

But, it is doable by Trump. All he has to do is get elected, and BOOM!, wars end. Expectations would be so worrisome for warring parties that, they would run from the battlefields to wait for the Trump decisions, and the decisions would be many and varied.

That’s probably the reason for the 3 rd attempted assassination attempt on Trump’s life.
The Ukes didn’t want the war money train to end.

And Trump’s intent to make peace put a bullseye target on his back. That is exactly why the second assassination attempt happened.

That's a pretty good assumption

There would already be a peace agreement except for the fact that the dead enders in the leadership of the Ukraine, US and EU that have driven what they want to be a protracted proxy war against Russia to further their various personal agendas refuse to engage in good faith negotiations with Putin to end the conflict

There is a definite way for Trump to force an end to this war before he takes office and I think if he is elected it will happen

Trump obviously cannot make his plan public because central to his Ukraine peace approach is making it clear to Putin that Russia is going to get the best deal it possibly can if it settles before he takes office and also by making it clear to soiciopaths in Ukraine, US and EU that are driving the war that if they don't shut this slaughter down they are going to be held accountable

Trump has correctly figured out that ending the war in Ukraine has much less to to do with post war boundaries or diplomatic agreements than it does to post war survival and amnesty of the scum bags who have driven this proxy war that has devastated the Ukraine and killed or seriously injured over a million Ukrainians

This is not Trump’s first rodeo on ending brutal proxy wars - first there was ISIS in Syria Making it clear to the sociopaths driving the war that ending the war in Ukraine before Trump takes office is an infinitely better life choice than forcing Trump to straighten out the mess they have made in Ukraine like Trump had to do with ISIS in Syria .

They are fully aware of how that one resolved and they do want a repeat of that conflict resolution with them on the hook

That explains why the guy who came very close to offing Trump this weekend is a Ukrainian operative

Trump needs to change his campaign slogan from ending the war, to I will everything in my power to end the war with sanctions on both countries and anyone who supplies either side in the conflict.

They already have lost and they were never going to win. Ukraine has lost everything in a proxy war and it doesn’t matter who declares victory, there are no winners.

It’s always amusing to watch President Trump troll the dimmest bulbs among the electorate for votes with comments like these. That big tent is how he won in 2016 and it seems that is the plan again for 2024

No, they want America to lose. Making Russia Great Again is just part of that “plan”.

Actually, Lindsey Graham in recent statements has sounded supportive of Trump. Don’t write him off.

One of the problems here is that people demonize others and then just start saying the same old same old. We need to stop driving away people with whom we have disagreed at one time or another but are reasonable and can be approached. We need all the help we can get.

But the thing that impresses (or amazes) me is how much everything circles around and leads back to Ukraine...and thus to Biden, Hunter Biden, Hillary, the hidden Barak, and the Democrat Party.

I remember President Trump repeatedly saying “Mexico will pay for the wall” and “China will pay the tariffs”

It is not a proxy war when you are fighting to defend your own freedom. As for losing, Ukraine does not need a victory in the field of battle. All they need to do is hold out and make victory too costly for the Russians. This is born out in history: the Irish against the English, the Algerians against the French, the North Vietnamese against the U.S., the Afghanis against both the Soviets and the U.S. Russia is paying a big price for this war. Will it be too much? I do not know. Only time will tell.
