Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard will join Former President Donald Trump’s potential transition team as honorary co-chairs if he wins the 2024 presidential election.
A transition team enables an orderly and peaceful transfer of power and conducts post-election responsibilities, such as vetting, selecting, and appointing presidential personnel.
“We look forward to having their powerful voices on the team as we work to restore America’s greatness,” Brian Hughes, a Trump campaign senior adviser, told the New York Times on Tuesday.

Kennedy’s decision to back Trump comes after weeks of back-channel courtship. One person familiar with the discussions said that Donald Trump Jr. had been looking to engineer a Kennedy endorsement of his father for six months, with another source noting that Trump Jr. had long felt that Kennedy’s presence in the race was hurting the GOP campaign.

Still, the initial conservations started earlier, about a week before the Republican convention, with right-wing commentator Tucker Carlson connecting Trump Jr. with Kennedy.
From there, Trump Jr. and donor Omeed Malik served as go-betweens to help close the deal. The two sources familiar with the talks said that Kennedy is expected to play a role on the campaign trail going forward.
The issue is that all Republicans/Conservatives truly do believe and love Big Government, as long as it's their big government. Not a single one that believes otherwise in office.

I think the very MAGA here shoukd prepare for a slightly different Donald Trump admin. I am sure most here read or have watched RFK Jr’s statement when he was inroduced at tge Trump rally. That statement was clearly agreed to by Pres Trump. There are elements in it that are either not high on the list of or in contravention to what many MAGA supporters believe in. I take Trump at his word. He is looking to isolate the progressive Left by inviting the creation of a true Unity majority and that may be off putting to some.
The have absolutely nothing and it has to be painful for them to see their political fiefdom crumble down.

Yep, these people want war, and more war.
They’re probably on the payroll in one form or another.
And that is really what is happening. Not only has the Democrats been exposed, but Trump also exposed the fraud of the old school Republican party, most of which were nothing but political posers and frauds out for their own gain.
* America First. No foreign wars, no foreign aid, no exceptions.
* Protectionism. High-paying American jobs, even if it means higher prices.
* Curtail Immigration. Fewer immigrants, both legal and illegal, both highly skilled and unskilled.
Neither Tulsi or Kennedy are completely down with that, but neither is Trump. Yet that's the direction we need to go in. And not worry whether it's "conservative" or not.
