After being asked to leave Stab's Tuesday for a confusing dress code violation at Stab's Prime Steak and Seafood and posting about it on Facebook, Y'Mine McClanahan's post has taken a new turn.
Late Wednesday evening, she posted a statement on her personal Facebook page from the NAACP Baton Rouge Branch addressing her experience at Stab's Prime Steak and Seafood where she was asked to leave because of her attire which, many argue, was less "revealing" than the restaurant's wait staff's attire. McClanahan is the vice president of the Baton Rouge Branch of NAACP.

Searching for other pictures on this and I just see a moving violation. She’s not displaying the required “ WIDE LOAD “ signs.

Racism is the excuse. Ignorance is the reason. She can't understand that it's not just what you're wearing - it's how it's being worn. It's hard to see in the pictures but it looks like rather sheer (see through) material to me. But it's not the material, size or skin color - it's the off the shoulder, bare chest, bare back part that is "too revealing".
Compare to waitstaff outfit:
Their restaurant, their rules. Go somewhere else.

Commander's Palace in New Orleans has a dress code. Coat and Tye must be worn. And dresses. They don't kick people out for dress violations, they won't let you in.

Commander’s is the only reason I ever have a coat and tye in NOLA. Sunday brunch is legendary and the turtle soup is the one by which all others are judged by. No coat needed at Willie Mays also a must stop when in town sadly a fire has them temporally closed. Right in the area is Dooky Chase another don’t miss.

She’s gone there for years without a problem but this time she was kicked out for racism? Did she suddenly turn black or did the owner suddenly turn racist?

That’s basically a bathing suit top, or might as well be. And it appears to be all the stuff you said, off the shoulder, bare chest, bare back AND ADD bare midriff. All on a woman who shouldn’t be trying to pull off any of that!

I bet those tattoos on the thunder thighs bring in biiig tips..
As for the customer- it looks like her breasts may not be contained by the tube top when she leans in. That could be the problem. Just common sense which is almost never applied.
