Beaver County ESU team spotted the shooter TWICE.

The first time, the counter sniper took a picture and called it into the command center with the picture

The second time, the counter sniper spotted the shooter was 5:45pm. Again he relayed the photo and info.

Don’t you zero, or verify zero, on every trip to the range? He could have been dialing it in for a specific range, but with a flat shooter like 5.56, I’m sure it was good for 0-200. I’m not sure how much of DJT he could see, or where he was actually aiming but placing the shot 16” lower would have been a different outcome. Hand of God on DJT.
