How does a guy who was born in Colombia, comes to the United States, becomes a judge, is appointed by other judges as an "acting" judge on an interim basis to fill a temporary shortfall in a county court system, come to find himself imprisoning the next President of the United States for multiple years?

I was looking at those 34 counts today and they are meaningless. What they basically say is Cohen submitted an invoice to Trumps CPA and the CPA wrote Cohen a check.
Where the hell does it say they were payments for a hooker to shut her mouth and why would she be paid 34 times especially in 2017 when Trump was already President? Show the public the PROOF they were payments and even so how is THAT illegal?
This is absolutely nuts, they are taking any payments to Cohen as something illegal when they don’t even say what the payments are for and for THAT they are going to send him to prison?

It will have to be to whatever the New York state high appellate court is called. They have names backward, but Trump will have to exhaust his state remedies to get into a federal court.
