First, Jack Posobiec is no hack.
Second, he’s not the one saying Trump will receive a multi-year sentence - it was his guest Mike Davis (also not a hack).
Third, Davis says he will get a multi-year sentence - not that he will serve time. He says there is no way the SC will allow the sentence to be carried out.

Federal statutes absolutely do not overrule state law. That is part of this despicable notion that the federal government is supposed to be, and is, the master of the states. True, the Constitution, per its terms, is the supreme law of the land, but what you stated is opposite to the universal understanding of the pardons clause.

With the Merchand criminal conviction, the alleged victim extorted 130,000 from him and the lawyer representing him stole $60,000.
