At this point, the more unfair they are to Trump, the more people will vote for him. Even Democrats (ordinary American citizens, not politicians) recognize and hate unfairness.
They never thought Trump would accept their conditions. Had they realized he would, they would never have made the offer.

Past times he has started yelling and acting self-righteous which some said was part of his cognitive decline. The table pounding of Alzheimer’s victims and shouting “I never loved any of you” to caregiving loved ones is sometimes mentioned.
Without an audience Biden will look like a fool to be shouting.

My prediction is Biden will fall forward and hit his head, with a different MD rushed in to declare him dead. Not at the debate, but not long after.
That is what he should do. If Trump does want to suggest that Biden's not all there he should do it in a subtle way. For example if Biden says something that made no sense, when it's Trump's turn to speak he should repeat it word for word and say "What the heck did that mean?" and then go on to answer whatever the question is.
But if Biden never presents him with the opportunity it will mean they got the drugs right. In which case don't say anything. He can't force it.
if that happened, CNN would cut away for a commercial. And when they came back, they would act like nothing had happened. Later when real tapes come out, they will disregard them as “cheap fakes.”
WHO EVER is running the ‘delay’ will have to have quicker reactions than a drag racer going for the parachutes.
