In theory, any federal judge can be removed from office by a writ of scire facias. In reality, this doesn't happen and this lawsuit is going no where. Lawsuits filed pro se, even if they have merit, are dismissed and disposed by the courts as fast as possibe. They consider this guy to be the same as a prisoner filing civil rights claims about the color of his jumpsuit or complaining about the food in the prison.
