She never had the power to question the financing of the Bonding Company. The Company PAID the Bond the Court/Appeal said to pay. The Bonding Co. does not need to provide the collateral agreed on between a client and the bond request.

THe bond was filed i n the appe;;ate court and it is where the application to remove biond would have to be made. Not Judge EndGoRun.

Check your sources. He got 36 months for fraud. The charges were combined to determine the sentence... The campaign violations added 2 months to his sentence. The conviction level called for 51-63 months and they lowered it to 36 for cooperating with the lawfare effort.
