James O’Keefe’s O’Keefe Media Group has released undercover footage of a Federal Reserve employee admitting to how Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell sabotaged President Trump and wants to go down in history as “someone who held the line against Trump.”
Principal Economist Aurel Hizmo, a self-proclaimed liberal, told an undercover journalist more about Powell’s hatred for Trump, saying, “As soon as he became Chair, Trump wanted him to lower interest rates. Because when you lower interest rates, it stimulates the economy, and Trump was President. He wanted to stimulate the economy, but he wouldn’t do it. And he started raising interest rates, and doing the opposite of what Trump wanted. Trump tried to find all the loopholes to fire him.”

something about this doesn’t add up because interest rates were taken down to 1.5% before the election in 2019 and were eventually taken to 0% in March of 2020 after the election, but they started coming down in August of 2019 before the election from a high of 2.5% in December of 2018

Once elected, heads need to roll (figuratively speaking - for the LE and Intel lurkers looking for something).
Trump needs to put folks into office that make it part of their agenda to ensure government agencies and departments stay within their defined lanes, that their leadership does not use their power for some philosophical crusade, that the organization stays apolitical. IMHO that can’t be achieved without removing much of the key leadership two levels down from the head. They have bred leadership and inculcated policies to where this ultra liberal philosophy is part of the organization.
This was one of the few idiotic things about Trump's presidency, and I lay it all at the feet of Trump advisor (and failed Federal Reserve nominee) Stephen Moore -- who was making an outlandish push for cutting interest rates in 2018-19 when interest rates were already at historic lows and the U.S. unemployment rate was effectively at 0%.
Pretty sure that was a different outfit, definitely not James being the bait in the homo honey pot.
