As an officer of the court who holds evidence of a crime, she is compelled by duty to report it to Law Enforcement.
All other citizens, likewise, have this duty.
The penalties for not reporting are much more severe for a lawyer.

Obama Feddie Drama Queens are coming for the women now! The U.S. Marshals don’t just go around arresting people. Some far left “judgey” had to give the order that she be arrested. Let me preface this by saying that I know that the election was stolen, and that I applaud this attorney’s bravery. However, as an officer of the court, she knew what she was doing when she failed to show up for a hearing. The feds played right into her hands.

Wow, this is some hutzpah. Since when is a private entity able to classify something ‘private’ when the material they seek to protect from disclosure is evidence of their criminality? Worse yet they got the U.S. Marshals to participate in this obstruction of justice by arresting the attorney in the case. It’s banana republic material for sure and right out in the open.
