As an officer of the court who holds evidence of a crime, she is compelled by duty to report it to Law Enforcement.

All other citizens, likewise, have this duty.
The penalties for not reporting are much more severe for a lawyer.

That's my sticking point. CNN slaps "confidential" on it as though its a shield, but if it shows evidence of criminal activity, she did the right thing.
My take is that she was detained for doing the right thing. Who issued the warrant for her arrest?
