Ukraine’s Manpower Crisis: No Amount of Money or Aid Can Solve It
The New Atlas ^ | 13 Mar24 | Brian Berletic

Posted on 03/14/2024 8:23:42 AM PDT by delta7

- Ukraine is suffering from a growing military manpower crisis in addition to a lack of arms and ammunition;

- Trained military manpower takes up to half a year to produce, new brigade-sized units can take up to 30 months to stand up;

- Ukraine and its Western sponsors simply cannot produce trained military manpower faster than Russia is removing it from the battlefield;

- This leaves the collective West with the choice of either accepting it has lost its proxy war with Russia, or attempting to intervene more directly;

Ukraine as a nation had two major obstacles.

-The collective West’s “ promise” of “ fighting Russia down to the last Ukrainian “……thus feeding Vlad’s meat grinder.

- Brain dead Western leadership promising weapons and support it could not and did not have, and couldn’t produce.

Russia’s massive natural resource's, manufacturing industry and manpower was never realized by the war cheerleaders, and Russia’s Unity and Resolve in defeating immoral Western “ values”….having worked there, I can say Ivan simply has not/ will not buy into gay marriage, the whole Trans xYz sickness, boys in girls lockerooms, men in woman sports,…..they laugh at the so called “Western Values”.

We need legislation in CONgress to resolve this crisis, and it needs to be done ASAP.

The blood relatives of ALL Federal Employee’s between the age of 17-35, Shall be conscripted into the Armed Forces, Shall undergo 3 weeks Training and Shall be sent straight to the Front Lines in Ukraine to preserve democracy.

Who could argue against this??

And yet, in spite of all this, Russia *still* can’t win

Ukraine’s resistance is amazing!

“Propaganda”: a pejorative applied to ideas and arguments in opposition to ones own. Using a label to discount an argument without actually supplying an argument.

Invite NATO to all points west of the Dnipro and Urban Kiev.

Ukraine is a independent nation and can do what it wants, if Russia wants some more....come and get it. Every street cop can be replaced by a NATO MP. Every airport worker by a NATO grunt. You touch an eyelash of a NATO solider, misses out Ukraine, fired by ukrainians will hit the outreaches of moscow before the election. All the bogus statements from Korea and Vietnam, the russian histoy of lies, the western powers can do that also.

All it takes is a western leader with balls.

Our garbage ruling establishment wants to rule the world like their grandfathers but they are too stupid to realize that they gave away their real power when they encouraged America to deindustrialize. Even as I type our ruling reptiles are trying to choke their own citizens out by restricting energy production, vowing down mines and shutting down millions of small businesses.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to suffer a communist takeover. Well, now you know.

All it takes is rocks in your head. The US will send aid as long as Germans and French are willing to die. I do not think the People of Europe want another world war on their soil. They did that twice before. Russia would start to use its advanced WMDs. Where thousands died, it will be millions. If China joins it the west is done. Why wouldn’t Russia take up war on a scale we have never seen? It aint WW II folks. The Border will be choked with illegals fleeing the draft and radiation, along with all the Liberals who will blame Trump.

How can Ukraine win back the land Russia currently occupies? Is it even possible?

No, its reality. I know that isa foreign concept for you to grasp, but the actual numbers just do not lie. Russia has the man & military resources to do the slow grind warfare.

Accepting reality is apparently not your strong suit.

The real enemy, is the enemy from within. But that concept also flies right over that head of yours.

Apparently you believe that Joe Biden actually got 81 million legitimate votes, and that he is the real president of the US. If that is not the case, why the heck are you supporting his proxy war?

You are such a gullible fool, and a useful tool for the enemies from within.

It’s actually sort of funny to hear people like you mention this term propaganda.

Considering the US and Europe are outright mass censoring Russian news and social media but allowing the nastiest stories, Ukrainian state officials to ghost write, and things we know are lies to persist, but then you write about Putin “propaganda.”

In the Soviet era the people in the East new they were being fed lies and distrusted government. It’s in the West today where one finds folks like you that swallow it all, smiling, asking for more.

Use your head. Think. Does this look like victory? https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/36a7f6a6f5a9448496de641cf64bd375

—————
No, not on their own, for many reasons. Vlad occupies mainly ethnic Russian territory. Ukraine is spent in arms, ammo, and manpower, their once large manufacturing base is gone, and they rely solely on western welfare payments for survival. Close to half of their pre-war population have fled, and aren’t going back….pre-war estimates: 42 million- currently 21-23 million.

Throw in their entire infrastructure has been destroyed, or greatly debilitated, their entire government is being paid for with western money, they have very little Revenue generation….western MSM reported Russia has 30,000 males volunteering for service a month…..and the Ukies are using press gangs grabbing young men off the street….

Time to wake up and stop all our arms, equipment and money from being flushed down the Ukie toilet….negotiations long over due….of course Unconditional Surrender by the Ukies would keep the Peace and stop continued expansion and forever wars by NATO and the West.

Exhibit #1:

More Pro Putin propaganda - it never stops.

Exhibit #2:

Yet you defend Putin, a communist. Go figure.

The first is a personal attack on delta7 who posted the article stating that he is posting pro Putin propaganda, when it absolutely is not propaganda at all, it's the truth. It's just a truth that you want to dismiss, but you offer no counter to prove it's propaganda, other than your personal dismissal, which is just just your opinion. There are several articles who have touched upon the same topic. There are articles that state that Russia has the manpower problem, most written in 2023. This is the most recent one, from The Economist back in Dec. of 2023, but it is not positive:

Ukraine’s army is struggling to find good recruits

The second is a personal attack on wildcard_redneck because you do not support his stance on the conflict. Therefore, you revert to saying he supports a communist, by the name of Putin. Though you are supporting the tyrant, by the name of Biden.

You just fail to see your attacks as being personal in nature.

So I gave you a dose of your own medicine, and you don't like it, and I did make it overtly obvious that it was a personal attack, unlike your unwillingness to overtly state your attack in a personal way, but it's still a personal attack, because you said the word, you.

You offer no arguments whatsoever, you just attack them with your snide little comments, thinking you are clever. But they both are still personal attacks, schmuck.

Watch how Ukraine deals with the manpower shortage and whether it works. The U.S. has a manpower shortage relative to China so we may find ourselves in this situation someday.
