Retiring Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) endorsed Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) for vice president Sunday, contending the “media overreaction” she received following her highly scrutinized and oddly delivered State of the Union rebuttal “tells us who liberals most fear as VP nominee.”
The failed 2012 Republican presidential nominee took to X to defend Britt following a wave of criticism over her rebuttal, which was described by some as “cringe.”

You should be skeptical of any Republican who went from being a lawyer to an elected official, and especially one that has only been in the Senate for a little over a year. Her response to the SOTU was horrible, and she has accomplished nothing to even be considered as a candidate to be a heartbeat away from the Presidency.

Trump needs to value loyalty to him and MAGA above all else when picking a VP.

At first, I thought this was a Babylon Bee headline.
This lady is being called “a Rising Star” of the fringe, 27%, Republican Party and her Wiki resume is Swamp through and through.
Her life has been spent in politics. She is Deep State wannabe.
Ignore her.
Bottom line, if you have heard of someone from Congress or in state politics, they are disqualified. To date, Vivek is the only one of note to be qualified. Perhaps some other business people will step up.
She scares me now that rino Romney made his endorsement for her.
