Well gee, isn’t that just swell? People hostile to this nation will get ahold of the tech, and send them out while not risking their own lives- the tech will be especially dangerous in any no gun zones. I have a friend who has PhDs in engineering and physics. We’ve discussed some interesting topics. He could create weapons of small and mass destruction that sound like science fiction. One makes nukes look like firecrackers. But he won’t release the information.
