Court proceedings in the motion to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the election interference case against Donald Trump in Georgia may be on hold while Judge Scott McAfee weighs his decision, but we continue to learn more about the affair between Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
Ashleigh Merchant, the defense attorney for Trump co-defendant Michael Roman who filed the motion in January, appeared before the Georgia State Senate on Wednesday as part of an investigation into Willis and revealed how she found out about their romantic relationship.
In a special bonus episode of The Megyn Kelly Show, Megyn was joined by attorney Phil Holloway, founder of Holloway Law Group, to discuss Merchant’s testimony and the new details she provided.

I like her and also the lawyer who was on with Megyn, Phil Hollaway. Nice to see lawyers who shoot straight and speak truth rather than the nuanced bullshit and outright lies we hear all the time from so many of their colleagues.

Was it televised? I couldn’t find it on the television and for the past several days, when I look it up on YT, even though it says ‘Live’ in the corner, it was a recording.

I believe it is now in the hands of the judge. I think Ashleigh had another witness she tried to introduce, but the judge rejected it saying the defense wouldn’t have enough time to prepare for cross0examination. I haven’t been watching it, so I am going by what I think is what I’ve heard. 👍

Now, could any of this have been avoided if Big Fat Fani hadn’t bumrushed the court that day, insisting on refuting the (blink blink blink) : LIEEEEEESSSSSSS she insisted the prosecution was presenting?
I don’t believe so. Just the fact that there is a romantic relationship going on, is an appearance of impropriety regardless of when the relationship began, It becomes much worse if it started before was even hired, which appears to be the case. The fact that they both lied about the relationship to the court, should result in disbarment. We’ll see if that happens, or if they get a bye because of their skin tone.
Dirty Fani Willis belongs in prison.
