When Loretta Lynch told the press that the AG would accept the FBI’s recommendation on prosecuting Hillary Clinton for her email cluster before actually seeing the report, she set a precedent by allowing DOJ to pretend it doesn’t have a brain. Notice how all of these trends float between “someone” and “DOJ” at large being noted as the authority of record. Biden’s level of age and awareness doesn’t matter. The facts are clearly there. He’s not covered by the Presidential Records Act. Garland will likely just sit on this for a while to run out the clock.

Is mishandling of classified documents illegal or not?
There is no explanation why they are not prosecuting Biden’s ghost writer for deleting his recorded conversations after the discovery of the classified documents. It seems they were prosecuting J6 defendants for that.
Based on the Biden rule, established by Hur and Garland, charges against Trump should be immediately dropped, and probably for a lot of other folks that Biden has prosecuted for similar matters in recent years.
I don’t understand why GOP politicians aren’t demanding to know who is running the country, especially Trump and MAGA candidates.
Why aren’t they bringing this to SCOTUS as an emergency request?
We hold elections so that the country will be run according to the WILL OF THE PEOPLE, not in secret by unknown person or persons.
