When you have many young boys and girls together, sex becomes a biologically programmed part of the social interactions. It’s what most are thinking about several times every hour (statistics vary greatly BUT all show it’s often), even if they do not talk about it. It’s a biological programmed / instinctual and you cannot even blame the people in all reality.
The problems we have today are because of stupid policies that pretend humans are robots and can turn biology off.

Being relieved for cause is usually followed by being assigned a desk at headquarters. You might sit there for a year or more if you are appealing your separation, but that's where you retire. Her career is over.
My two BFFs and I have this discussion on a regular basis. We’re all Army. One was a Major, one a Warrant Office and I was a Sergeant First Class (E-7) with my paperwork ready to be a Warrant Officer.
In our combined 60+ years of service, none of us have every been harassed or have harassed anyone. And ALL of us were in leadership positions along the way! We had AMAZING men that were our leaders and really looked out for us, but never cut us any slack, either. It never would have occurred to us in a million years to ‘look for a boyfriend’ among our subordinates!
It is a whole ‘nother world out there, and I am glad to no longer be a part of it.
