You think the Federal Highway Adminstration writing 1000 pages of regulations banning humorous signs is bad you should see the effin NATO bureaucracy. And they all get housing subsidies to live in hyperexpensive European destinations, return travel to their home country, good pay and benefits, qausi-diplomatic status and its all free of taxes unless you are an American - can't escape the IRS, ever.

And they have nothing to do except hold planning conferences in fabulous venues around Europe.
