Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) is putting together legislation to require the U.S. military to adhere to state-level red and yellow flag laws for troops.
A red flag law allows family, friends, and others, to seek a court order to have guns removed from someone they view as a danger to himself or others. A yellow flag law is more narrow, allowing law enforcement to seek the court order for firearm removal.

I think we should push for Susan Collins control. She is a fake. She’s a liberal.
And the people of Maine will tell that they had no choice, but to vote for her.
And they would be 100% correct.
The RNC/GOP/UNIPARTY Machine has far too much control over who we can vote for.
All starts at the local level with things like open primaries and goes up from there.

I've gotten heat from pointing out how women, taken as a group, have consistently chosen perceived safety and security over Constitutional freedoms since they got the vote.
The Demonic Party wouldn't have gotten and maintained the upper hand they've enjoyed otherwise.
Our troubled nation is wobbling and needs all patriots - men and women - to work harder to preserve it than the Democrats trying to destroy it. Since our politicians haven't taken actions to remove vote-corruption tactics (vote harvesting, un-monitored ballot boxes, hacked machines) WE must step up.
In 20 years here from the Tea Party and Minute Men era where we made real positive difference I now see apathy and an over-all "Eeyore Attitude" among conservatives since the 2020 election steal: "Oh, Pooh. What's the use?"
The use is the future for our progeny and MY personal philosophy of leaving a place slightly better than you found it.
Like illegal immigration, laws do not work if they are not enforced vigorously.
