I think this is the real problem - all these legalistic recriminations exacerbate chaos, benefiting the Democrats. Just let the CO GOP cancel the election and change to closed party caucus format.
No more Dem cross-votes. No more ability to manipulate an election.

I posted on Twatter to TX Gov Abbott last night challenging him to remove Biden from the Texas Ballot due to Biden's malfeasance on the border.
It made the rounds kinda quick. Then again, it does seem to be a natural response when games of "tit for tat" start.
