DeSantis predicts Trump won't accept results in Iowa or New Hampshire if he loses

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said he expects that if former president Donald Trump, the front-runner for the GOP nomination, were to lose the first Republican voting contests, in Iowa and New Hampshire, he won't accept the results.

"He will say it's stolen no matter what. He will try to delegitimize the results. He did that against Ted Cruz in 2016," DeSantis said, referring to Cruz's victory in the Iowa caucuses.

"I don't think there's been a single time he's ever been in competition for something, where he didn't get it, where he has accepted [it]," DeSantis added. "I think that that's to be expected, but I don't think people are gonna buy it."

Trumpers seem to have a lot of butt hurt here

How could anyone not be butthurt, disenfranchised, PO'd etc?

Anything to do with government nowadays is tainted, fixed, fraudulent, deceptive, et al.

Pay attention Reno.

The problem for Ron and his supporters, is that Ron has chosen to represent
and echo the wrong segment of the Republican Party.

Here he echos the GOPe and RNC in his trashing of Trump for not accepting
former Caucus losses. In 2016 Cruz won all of the Caucuses. In that same year he won one Primary.

The GOP leadership ran those Caucuses, hand picked party leadership loyalists,
and manufactured wins for Cruz. The party then trashed Trump for calling them on it. Ron should know this, but instead he pulls a GOPe card out of his arse,
and lays it on the table.

This winds up making him sound like the Liz Cheney, Chris Christie, Paul
Ryan, and Mitt Romney wing of the party.

Conservatives who recognize this for what it is, are now labeled by you as
‘butt hurt Trump supporters’. No, we’re just very offended by the wing of the
party, Ron has chosen to identify with.

Love Gov. Ron but primary candidate Ron is losing it. Trump is going to mop the floor with all of them.

Yep, Trump is going to lose in New Hampshire

I'd post a picture of the tiny crowd desantis draws in New Hampshire, but I don't think I've seen any pics with a crowd in them yet.

Why is DeSantis bringing up things that aren’t going to happen? Might as well be talking about how much better he’d respond to a shark attack, than Trump. Ron, how about discussing the real world instead of irrelevant hypotheticals?

Why would he accept it? If anything other than a Trump blowout occurs, we’ll know BS shenanigans are going down.

This dude was the next President in waiting and he completely destroyed himself and his career in 6 short months because of his Trump Derangement Syndrome.

If he had sat out this election and got on the Trump train this election cycle, he likely would be showing Trumps numbers in 2028. Instead, he let the never Trumpers convince him to run and pollute his messaging. Maybe this is something other people know, but it seems Jeb Bush’s people are running his campaign.

If DeSantis had not been allowed to run for president while staying governor, he would most likely never have run in the first place.
