Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant commented, upon completing an operational situation assessment: "Hamas has lost control of Gaza - terrorists are fleeing south, civilians are looting Hamas bases."
Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant recently completed a situation assessment during which he emphasized the progress of IDF forces operating in Gaza.
Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant added: "I have recently completed another situation assessment. IDF troops are working according to plan and are fulfilling their missions precisely as a result of the cooperation between air and ground forces, using precise intelligence.'
"Hamas isn't capable of stopping the IDF. The IDF is advancing to every [necessary] location. The Hamas terrorist organization has lost control of Gaza, terrorists are fleeing south, civilians are looting Hamas bases, and they have no confidence in their government.
"Our forces are advancing, carrying out their missions according to plan; when we increase the pressure, we see the results. Every day, we eliminate additional Hamas commanders, dozens sometimes even hundreds of terrorists.”
"In recent days, we have intensified activities targeting [Hamas] tunnels- this will get the terrorists out of the tunnels, and they will either be eliminated or they will surrender unconditionally; there is no third option."

Looting them of what?
Probably food.
Other good stuff they keep to themselves.
Hamas has been stealing from the Gaza population, the stores, people’s homes for decades. Their bases would be treasure troves
1. Children’s lingerie ads kept in the loo.
2. Guns.
3. Food.
4. Water.
5. Clothes.
6. Shoes.
7. Long knives.
8. Short knives.
9. Swords.
10. Ropes with nooses in them.
The last four to be used on slow-running Hamas operatives, should the IDF not catch them first.
What goes around - Comes around!
It’s about time.
It will take a long time to clear the tunnels, and then figure out how to permanently disable them.
This “should” be a great eye opener for the Gazans over who the real occupiers are.
This is good news.
It would be very very confusing for our Western politicians, the MSM, and the Jew haters marching on our streets if the Gazans started to string up Hamas operatives in any remaining lamp posts.
But I like the idea!
As I said at the beginning of this ‘engagement,’ all the Israelis needed to do was lay siege on the three-sided Gaza strip and the Palestinians would eventually wind up resolving the problem from within.

I think a lot of Gazans have been aware of that for a long time. You will, however, find the really surprised ones in our Western foreign offices and universities!
Will they even report any of this in the MSM? Ilhan’s still claiming we’re killing tens of thousands of civilians.

Sad truth, but we’ll said.
MSM is still biased, but compared to earlier hostilities there are a surprising number of proper reporting in a number of msm outlets - though I guess that does not include the NYT, WaPo or CNN.
Could the IDF exit strategy be, after liquidating the majority of terrorists, pulling out and allowing the Gazans to keep on killing each other through a civil war? mohamedans fight over everything, so that might take the pressure off Israel. To protect Israel, perhaps build a wall like what separated East and West Germany rather than what PDJT had built.
