A federal court on Monday upheld a new Florida law that prevents biological males from competing in female sports, ruling that the state has a legitimate interest in “protecting and promoting athletic opportunities for girls.”
The law was signed in 2021 by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in the wake of a series of controversies around the country involving transgender-identifying males defeating biological girls in sports. In Connecticut, for example, two high school athletes who are biologically male but who identify as female won a total of 15 state track championships in the female division. It was dubbed the Fairness in Women’s Sports Act.
The lawsuit was filed in 2021 by a Broward County high school student who is male but identifies as female and wants to play on the girl's volleyball and soccer teams.
Federal Judge Roy K. Altman dismissed the suit, ruling that the law does not violate Title IX or the U.S. Constitution....
“In requiring schools to designate sports-team memberships on the basis of biological sex, the statute adopts the uncontroversial proposition that most men and women do have different (and innate) physical attributes,” wrote Altman, a Trump nominee.
The very idea that we have to have laws to enforce this is appalling. This just shows how pathetic our country has become.

Amazing that the United States of America has stooped to this level...that a federal court (tax payer funded) has to rule on something that basic common sense already rules on. Utterly ridiculous. I wonder if this kind of insanity was happening in the years before Rome fell.
In particular, it shows how pathetic the women of this country have become.
There’s something ludicrous about a law that is supposed to protect people in situations where everyone is engaged in an activity on a voluntary basis.

Which consensus is true indeed. However, this visible perversion is a manifestation of invisible demonic powers at work, which seek to destroy or pervert every single thing that to some degree gives glory to God the creator.
In which the created itself is made into an object of worship, as if the finite is fit to be so, versus the omnipotent, omniscient almighty God. And who does retrain evil to a degree, otherwise the whole world could a giant North Korea, and Sodom mixture.
Yet man must be able to make choices, thereby showing what he wants, and choices have consequences.
