Prominent Detroit synagogue president Samantha Woll has been found dead outside of her home, police said.
Her body was found with multiple stab wounds early Saturday morning, along with a trail of blood that led from the suspected crime scene to Woll's home, the Detroit Free Press reported.
There's no apparent motive for the deadly attack, according to police.

Yes, she was outside her home, deceased, with a trail of blood left going back to the house, where they believe she was attacked.
Don’t forget the cultural custom of female genital mutilation, done on little girls without consent…because they’re children and legally CANNOT consent. Sounds like she was attacked IN her house and ran out..so if no forced entry did she know her attacker?

It appears she was attacked inside her home, then tried to escape, but she didn’t get far.

Maybe she answered the door and was stabbed, then crawled outside her home to get help. The article is very confusing as written.

Wonder how the perp got into her house..either he was known to her or perhaps she was opening her door to leave, was attacked right away, came inside was stabbed and ran out and died

The versions of the story are so poorly written I doubt we will ever know before it gets memory holed.
then I would say the trail of blood led from the house TO her body outside, not the other way around.
