An alleged intruder in Hollywood Hills, California, is in critical condition after a female homeowner opened fire on him Sunday around 9:30 p.m.
The woman saw the alleged intruder in her backyard and saw him allegedly make his way to a back door and try to enter the home, FOX 11 reported.
The woman asked the alleged intruder stop but he refused to comply. The woman said he kept reaching into his pocket, leading her to believe he had a weapon, so she opened fire on him.

Yep, she’s in trouble. She should have retreated out of the house.
I’m hoping the intruder becomes a quadriplegic, which IMO is worse than death itself.
Ten bucks says the home owner is an arrogant mentally ill liberal who doesnot have to see the rot they voted for until its in thier back yard then shes for guns and law enforcement
I would take that bet
She should have sat in the dark (unseen) with the gun ready for him to open the door and then blasted him. That’s the law here anyway.
Wait, didn’t the homeowner “allegedly” open fire?
Allegedly.
And the “alleged” shooter will pay his care costs. It is caulifouekneeyuh.

The alleged homeowner allegedly needs more range time.

Out of curiosity, I looked it up. Some states are “stand your ground” states. Others are “duty to retreat” states. California is evidently some mixture of the two, but leaning towards the former.
So, yeah. If the DA doesn’t particularly like the Second Amendment, this lady could be in trouble.

“ALLEGED” intruder? He was actually INTRUDING into her home. When will this nonsense end?
“alleged”
thank the lawyers for that ...
Where can you retreat to if you are in your own home? The closet?
One of the most over used words in the English language:
“Alleged”
“Really, sir? Are you alleging you have a 124 grain bullet lodged in your butt?”
“Alleged”
Have had the same thought, that “alleged” is overused when it’s plain as day what happened and who did it. I guess certain people have to use it for legal reasons.
Allegedly
