Anti-Israel protests have been held in a 'day of jihad' across the world today after former Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal demanded thousands of Muslims take to the streets to demonstrate amid the ongoing conflict.
The demonstrations were staged after Friday prayers in Muslim communities around the world - including in Iraq, Japan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka - condemning Israel's attacks on Gaza and showing support for Palestinians in the wake of the deadly surprise attack launched by Hamas terrorists in southern Israel.
Tens of thousands of demonstrators gathered Friday in Tahrir Square in the centre of Baghdad, and similar protests are expected in Syria and other Arab countries following afternoon prayers.
During some of the protests - like in Iran, Bangladesh and Malaysia - angry demonstrators burned Israeli and American flags.
Thousands more gathered in the Jordanian capital of Amman on Friday for a demonstration in support of Palestinians, with many holding banners reading: 'The victory march will continue, solidarity with Palestine' and 'Stand with Palestine, Liberated Palestine'.

While the secular left in the West stuck their head in the sand as fast as possible, our government pretends the problem away with BS concepts like “home grown, lone wolf and self radicalized,” labeling every act of Islamic inspired terrorism as domestic today, the true issue remains the same, Islam is incompatible with Western liberal society.
This is not a new problem. This is an issue that has existed since Islams inception and spread West starting ~680AD. It’s not a secret since their leaders speak open and freely about their ideas, the doctrine (Koran / Hadith) and history is easily available for anyone to read.
Here is the obvious, yet politically incorrect, today labeled as racist or Islamophobic (we always create a label to discount ideas) and mean truth: You have three options (1) create separation, i.e. their world and our world. (2) Destroy them or be destroyed. (3) Live in a perpetual state of low intensity war abroad and a police state at home in order to deal with the constant threat (the option we chose post 9-11: TSA, mass surveillance, DHS.).
Think about this for a second and use the Germans as an example. How does a beer and wine drinking society which has feminism, allows for religious freedom/diversity and equality, freedom of speech/expression (to some extent), eats a lot of pork, has a huge naturalist movement that goes back hundreds of years (FKK: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freik%C3%B6rperkultur), puts all people equal before the law and the law is man made, accommodate Islam where everyone of those ideas is forbidden and punishable and the rules are defined by the Koran and Hadith? We are simply choosing to ignore the obvious.
The only way it works is that either you have secular Muslims that don’t really take their religion to seriously, or you suppress this religion and watch them really closely. Islam is the ONLY religion where the more devout someone is, the more dangerous they become for all those who do not agree with them and have a different world view.
The West loves to self flagellate regards this problem because for a secular modern liberal for whom religion is irrelevant, for the typical Western materialistic consumer, it is hard to grasp that people would fight and die for religion, that they would be born into opulent wealth but choose a life of poverty as Bin Laden did. So we create junk like this to essentially rewrite history and practice apologetic’s for Islam: Kingdom of Heaven, https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0320661/ A dumb movie with massive factual inaccuracies, significant omissions, BUT feeding the liberal world view, at least those who today define Western society.
While you have Republicans immediately jumping on the tough talk and advocating military assistance and even intervention regards Israel today, even they are to cowardly to really explain why we should stand behind Israel: This is a war of civilizations (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clash_of_Civilizations), two incompatible paradigms, and Israel is an island of a Western, liberal (classical sense), democratic, free, society. Israel has Muslims living within its borders, as citizens, and they are protected by the law, they have rights...
Forget all the discussion of the origin of this conflict. It really does not matter except make some people sound expertly. The truth is simply that Islam does not get along with ANYONE that disagrees with its way of organizing society. Islam dictates the law (Sharia), food (Halal), dress, language, education, sexual relations, how you conduct business, etc. Islam does not mix with Judaism, Christians, Hindu, Zoroastrians, Buddhists, Shinto, Bahia since Islam is expansionist and oppressive. It does not mix with the most liberal nor the most conservative Western societies. It does not mix with English, continental European, or South American societies. Islam is no “religion of peace,” some idiotic nonsense a politician once said and was repeated because it fits our Western globalist, secular, world view. Islam literally means:”submission” and when you see how Islam operates and treats those that are in a minority when it is in power, say in Egypt, you realize they are not so nice.
Here’s the key difference between Islam and all others. I’m an arrogant elitist who thinks my world view is right and all others are screwed up, but I won’t chop anyone’s head off. The truth is, while I get attacked as a heterosexual white male for having my own beliefs which I think are superior, everyone else out there who has different beliefs also think their views are superior. Yes, the Buddhist, Hindu, and Jew also think their views are right and I’m wrong. But we can all show up to work on Monday, get along, and go home where we tell our family about those weirdo ideas other folks have.
