Bud Light’s sales are still floundering months after its disastrous partnership with transgender TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney — and drinkers of America’s former top-selling beer are “just lost forever.”
“You see Bud Light still just stubbornly down around 30% in volume compared to last year, which is where it’s been since May or June,” Beer Business Daily publisher Harry Schuhmacher told Fox News Digital Friday.
“That tells me that this is quasi-permanent, meaning those consumers are just lost forever.” Schuhmacher’s remarks come less than a month after it was revealed the Anheuser-Busch InBev-owned company had won back 15% of its boycotting drinkers.

As I have said, we cook with more beer than we drink and I’m not making anything with that weak wuss water.
A step function 30% drop for what was the #1 selling light beer is pretty dang catastrophic. That gets everyone’s attention in management, up to the board level.

lite beer is a thing because a gullible public believed ad campaigns that convinced that lite beer was healthier than real beer.

Sounds like it was never true. More like a failed PR attempt at trying to convince lost customers that it’s ok to go back now.
But it’s not ok.
No straight man will ever again be seen drinking that swill.
I heard a “Bud Light and football” commercial this week on WFAN. That seems to be the Darren Stevens catch phrase they’re going with.
