No weapon has been more in the public eye in America of late than the AR-15, in large part because of its tragic role in some of this country’s deadliest shootings.
The AR-15 has the dubious distinction of being America’s most popular semi-automatic rifle. I’m more familiar with the gun than most people: I own one. And one thing I know for sure is that this weapon doesn’t belong in the hands of the average civilian.

When the time comes, a shotgun will kill better than a pistol
Therefore. to kill, use a shot gun and error is not a concern
BS
You fit that category too, so thanks for the compliment.
Why buy an ar15? Because we can. It’s a right. No other reason needed.
$120 for a case of .223...
Brings tears to my eyes. It’s 4 times that now...
Firepower and distance.
Yes because a hyped up .22 is just too powerful for the average American.
I guess he thinks a 30.06 is more appropriate. 😉

Then you come down HARD!
Cops are not in any way an authority on constitutional rights. They are in fact the ones who most frequently violate constitutional rights.
Cops are often simply the best equipped street gang in any city.
Of course you had the same reaction as I did. You are my brother from another mother. Makes sense.
Need?
2nd Amendment is in the Bill of Rights.
Not in the Bill of needs.
I hope that's not true.
My lips are sealed.
If I shoot them on my place… i can have them removed within an hour be persons who process them for food. Me…. I can still buy ham and bacon at the local grocery store. :)
And all the damn THERMONUCLEAR WEAPONS are to heavy to conceal carry!

Gay-boi ...
Also a snob; an 'elitist' piece of dog dung.
My answer to him would be “I don’t NEED it, I WANT IT”.
And I’m sure we all recall the U TUBE dumbass ATF agent that just told the class that he was the only one competent to use this firearm, before he SHOT HIMSELF IN THE FOOT!
I laughed until I almost puked.
I won one last spring through a fundraiser kind of thang. I am up to 1,000 bullets. I bought 200 today at Academy. Did I just say that? I had better head out to the lake with it in my row boat.
Apparently the idiot who wrote this add doesn’t know the difference between a MAGAZINE and a CLIP!
My M1A1 uses a MAGAZINE, my M-1 GARAND uses a CLIP!
