Howdy, Kathy.

Happy soggy Hump Day. NICE steady rainfall up there today. I see it finally stopped. I imagine there’s a good amount in your rain gauge this evening.

Hey there, Kathy.

REAL rain! WOOHOO! It looked good on the Lake Hood cam but I didn’t know it was that good. Y’all sure needed it.
One of the chatters said she’d seen something on the Anchorage evening news about a little flooding in a few places around town.
Clouds are starting to break up now. The sun has poked out a couple of times at the airports.

I did get the back yard mowed and the little extra I’d planned to do. Not so sure I’ll get alongside the driveway tomorrow but I’ll see how I feel when I get up tomorrow. The ol’ bum back’s a little cranky and we’ll have a busy day at the museum Saturday. Need my feet under me by then.

I dumped over an inch and a half this morning. Just a tad over 1/10 this evening. If the airport got rain, it didn’t get this far.

I’m just happy for what we did get...it’s been a long time coming.

Are you done with rain for now?

Rainy and muggy today, but I was very busy anyway.
