There Is No Endgame To Continuing To Relitigate the 2020 Election. It’s a Dead End.

I think he’s in a lot of legal trouble, and I’ve been saying this...for a while and people, you know, attack that. But hey, I live in the real world and the real world is telling us that Donald Trump has a lot of legal problems. He’s probably going to get convicted in one or more of these cases. And people need to wake up and people need to understand what’s happening. And people also need to understand that, while he is not to blame for the hyperpartisan actions of the prosecutors, he left himself very vulnerable. He handed a lot of this stuff to them on a silver platter, and they are now exploiting it. It’s a bad situation.

And now he’s going to roll out, apparently Monday, a new report about Georgia election fraud. I mean, are you kidding me? It’s two and a half years later.

What is the endgame here? Trump supporters don’t seem to understand, what is your endgame? There is no process to decertify an election that took place two and a half years ago. The way you stop this growing totalitarianism is to win the next election, but everything they’re doing is set up to lose the next election. You’ve got to win the next election because Fani Willis and Alvin Bragg and Jack Smith are just the first of a wave of totalitarian attacks using the law enforcement and prosecutorial powers of the state that’s coming our way.

Elections have consequences. Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.

Clearly the author is all in for the Uniparty/Deep State/WEF/UN.

Many people haven’t paid attention to the situation and any facts. He needs to try to get his side of the story out, since it has been timed to interfere with his campaign. I hope he just sticks to documented facts.

I wonder how much of his stuff will be admissible? I wonder if having a show and tell before he trial could backfire on him.

Could we litigate the 1960 election? It still galls me that the Democrats stole that one.

I will be “re-litigating” the 2016 and 2020 elections, and the aftermath of the 2020 election fiasco, for as long as I live.

It’s the single biggest reason why I couldn’t possibly ever convict a defendant in a federal criminal trial.

That would be great, I’m hoping to see new information, not a rehash of what’s already been out there. Trump has promised a smoking gun, let’s see if he can deliver.

Good gravy...Trump will be a lame duck 2 years into his presidency, we need a sitting incumbent to finish the work that needs to he done or in 2028 we’ll have 16 talking heads on stage yelling at each other all over again. The thought of that is chilling.

It’s a damn shame what’s taking place politically and anti-constitutionally. It can be turned around but it won’t happen in 1 lame-duck administration. The time constraints are too rigid.

And one of many ways they will get him is through the 18 co-defendants.

Does anyone really think there is no way that one or more of them won’t throw Trump under the Bus by taking a Plea Bargain?

“Let me think here. Testify against Trump. Or spend tens of thousands I don’t have and then go to jail for 10 years anyway? Gee. What to do. What to do?”

True - this is not a legal strategy. Rolling out some report only his supporters will even bother to read accomplishes nothing.

Trump supporters don’t seem to understand, what is your endgame? There is no process to decertify an election that took place two and a half years ago.

Again, true. Trump needs to focus like a laser on winning the 2024 election, not making social media posts about 2020. The only people who care are probably here on FR. Winning in 2024 means assembling and staffing his own ballot-harvesting machine in states where it is legal. That's the only way a GOP nominee wins anymore. It's certain that Ronna McDaniel and the RNC will do nothing to help any GOP nominee with ballot-harvesting. They must do it themselves.

as it is 2 1/2 beers too late otherwise.

If anyone thinks Trump will win these fights, they are way drunker than 2 1/2 beers.

He’s trying to keep fundraising momentum going. He needs to fundraise for his legal defense.

________________________________________________

Sure. But who is fundraising for the 18 co-defendants? Many of them are owed money by Trump.

Given the choice of defending Trump and getting 10 years in prison, or taking a plea deal and throwing Trump under the bus, what do YOU think will happen?

Yep dead end, as any court cases would go well past the 2024 selection. You can litigate the 2024 election - if litigation is still legal.

I teach cyber and diaster recovery at some well-known Universities. One of the biggest things about disaster recovery is making sure it doesn’t happen again.

Full disclosure is necessary for that to happen. Yet time and time again the government doesn’t release the full information. From JFK to the Vegas shooting to the trans mass shooter to UFO’s to covid they are keeping the public in the dark. I think even people on the left would agree with most of these facts so far...

So, even those on the left would agree it is hard to think the government has an innocent and helpful role in protecting the US public, and that is their main responsibility...

True but, unfortunately, does anyone realistically see Trump doing any of that? He and supporters seem to think it's just a matter of holding a bunch of rallies of the faithful.

The author of this slop might be the dumbest person ever to get a law degree … and that’s saying a lot when you consider that his competition includes Kamala Harris and the fat mutant sows who have been prosecuting Trump in New York and Georgia.

How do you NOT “re-litigate” the 2020 election … when you are specifically charged with crimes related to the 2020 election?

Imagine if someone was charged tomorrow for complicity in the assassination of JFK. Any lawyer who advised the defendant in this case “not to re-litigate the JFK assassination” would be retarded by any measure.

The endgame?

It is war, destruction and massive bloodshed…as it always is under fascist tyrannies.

The United States has come under the rule of fascism. We will pay the ultimate price for that, that’s now water under the bridge. Trump will be a martyr, that is his ultimate role in this life. But we will suffer as much, if not even more, than he will.

Everyone knows that no matter the evidence, 2020 isn’t going ot be undone, and those that installed Biden will never admit they cheated no matter how much evidence exists...

However that does not mean, you do not present the evidence and pretend it wasn’t a fraud in the first place.

Sorry, but this “MOVE ON” are the same mentality of the Clinton/Lewinsky. “MOVE ON” folks... They want everyone to move on because they were involved with the scam.
