After a month of scorching heat across the globe, scientists have officially labeled July as the hottest month on record in world history.
Copernicus Climate Change Service, a division of the European Union’s space program, announced Tuesday that July’s global average temperature was about 62.51 degrees Fahrenheit. This broke the previous monthly record of about 61.93 degrees Fahrenheit — set in July 2019.
“Record-breaking temperatures are part of the trend of drastic increases in global temperatures. Anthropogenic emissions are ultimately the main driver of these rising temperatures,” Copernicus Climate Change Service Director Carlo Buontempo said in a statement.
“July’s record is unlikely to remain isolated this year, [Copernicus Climate Change Service’s] seasonal forecasts indicate that over land areas temperatures are likely to be well above average,” he added.

Wierd what else ninjo can do when it puts its mind to it. Had it not been for El ninjo, it would have been a “normal” summer, but since El ninjo and LA ninja are both also a part of climate, they are to be considered “normal” as well- so any effects of them are normal and expected.
The earth is going through a perfectly normal “cyclical warming event” where so e years will be warmer than others, and may even set record, however, it is nothing to be alarmed about, and thi gs Will settle down and go back to cooling soon enough, all on its own- naturally, perfectly naturally!. In the meantime we should be enjoying the perfectly natural cyclical warming g trend, and stop stressing out over something that we have no control over!

I agree, but with a stupid public and a media promoting such garbage, it has a lot of impact.
Average Global temperature is a meaningless #. What creates climate is variation in regional temps..that’s what causes wind, ocean currents, storm patterns. If the earth were 2 degrees cooler and with nothing more a 10 deg +/- difference anywhere we would be in deep doo-doo.
